Founded in 1985, Indiana MENTOR is a leading home- and community-based human services provider. We offer programs to adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities and medically complex needs. Our innovative programs offer personalized support to help people of all abilities thrive in the communities that they call home.

Indiana MENTOR was awarded an Indiana Family and Social Services Administration Direct Service Workforce Investment Grant. Funds were used to support our direct support workforce in the form of overtime pay for direct support workers. Direct Service Workforce Investment Grants were issued with the goal of helping to provide stability to the state’s direct care workforce following the COVID-19 pandemic.
