Founded in 1985, Indiana MENTOR is a leading home- and community-based human services provider. We offer programs to youth of all ages with emotional and behavioral challenges, as well as adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities and medically complex needs. Our innovative programs are designed with the belief that people of all abilities are capable of flourishing in the communities that they call home.

Our Family Support Services focuses on keeping families intact and provides support services to help children of all ages address behavioral challenges.	In our group homes, we help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live as independently as possible in the communities of their choice.
