services for adults and children

Founded in 1985, Indiana MENTOR is a leading home- and community-based human services provider. We offer programs to youth of all ages with emotional and behavioral challenges, as well as adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities and medically complex needs. Our innovative programs offer personalized support to help people of all abilities thrive in the communities that they call home.

Indiana MENTOR's services for families at risk help youth of all ages, as well as their family members, lead healthy, stable lives, and assist families in staying together.

Newly a part of Indiana MENTOR, the Institute for Family Centered Services provides Family Centered Treatment®, an evidence-based model of intensive in-home treatment.

Our services for adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities emphasize community integration and choice for the individuals we serve.
