Indiana MENTOR has been providing quality of life enhancing services to the citizens of the Hoosier state for more than twenty years.  We provide a wide range of services to adults and children, including ICF-MR Group Home Services, Residential Services under the Medicaid Waiver Program, Therapeutic Foster Care, Family Preservation Services, Day Services, Behavioral Support Services, Respite Services, and Host Home under both Adult Foster Care and Structured Family Caregiving. 

All of Indiana MENTOR's services are based on our goal of "Bringing Caring Closer."  We do that by assisting each person to live as independently as possible in their community and effectively managing all the services we provide.

Our leadership team includes a variety of individuals with a broad range and depth of experience.  We expect our staff to give their best at all times in order to best meet the needs of those we serve.
