Indiana MENTOR has been providing quality of life enhancing services to the citizens of the Hoosier state for more than twenty years. We provide a wide range of services to adults and children, including ICF-MR Group Home Services, Residential Services under the Medicaid Waiver Program, Therapeutic Foster Care, Family Preservation Services, Day Services, Behavioral Support Services, Respite Services, and Host Home under both Adult Foster Care and Structured Family Caregiving.
All of Indiana MENTOR's services are based on our goal of "Bringing Caring Closer." We do that by assisting each person to live as independently as possible in their community and effectively managing all the services we provide.
