Indiana MENTOR, a partner of The MENTOR Network, has provided quality of life enhancing services to citizens of the Hoosier state for more than two decades.  We provide a variety of services to children and adults including:  

• Therapeutic Foster Care for at-risk youth
• Residential Services including ICF/MR  Group Home, Adult Foster Care (AFC) and Supported Living Services for adults and children with developmental disabilities 
• Adult Foster Care (AFC) and in-home supports for elders 

Since we first began serving adults with developmental disabilities in 1985, Indiana MENTOR has grown to become a leading provider of community-based services that enable those we care for to grow and thrive. 
 
Indiana MENTOR is a partner of The MENTOR Network. Founded in 1980, The MENTOR Network is a national network of local human services providers offering an array of quality, community-based services to adults and children with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injury; to children and adolescents with emotional, behavioral and medically complex challenges; and to elders in need of home care.
